Terms of Use

Eyes for Work Ltd provides a web-based, online Digital Eye Strain Assessment and Digital Vision Report. Eyes for Work Ltd takes no responsibility for giving personal medical advice.

The service is intended for those who are 18 years of age and over.

Guidance relating to the following conditions is outside the scope of the Digital Vision Report:

Your Digital Vision Report contains generic advice that may not apply to all individuals and/or scenarios — there may be some exceptions. While every effort has been made to accurately represent how to effectively change your office workstation and mitigate digital eye strain to reduce symptoms, there is no guarantee. Our advice is intended to inform your further discussions with your professional care providers including optometrist, dispensing optician, general practitioner, pharmacist, physiotherapists and other allied specialist health care professionals.

Eyes for Work Ltd are not responsible for the success or failure of any workstation adjustments/remedial measures made in relation to any of the information contained within your Digital Vision Report. You are advised to do your own due diligence when it comes to making workstation adjustments and purchasing equipment/spectacles. Products and services that have been provided should be independently verified by your own qualified professionals.

The Eyes for Work Ltd Digital Vision Assessment is not a substitute for a full sight test. A comprehensive eye examination with an optometrist is recommended for everyone, at least every two years. Eyes for Work Ltd does not accept any liabilities for any pre-existing conditions or any conditions that may develop in the future.

By creating an account, you are consenting to Eyes for Work Ltd Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use as stated above.

By completing your Eyes for Work Digital Vision Assessment, you are confirming that you are submitting accurate answers for yourself and not for any third party.

Either party (the client or Eyes for Work Ltd) can choose to terminate the agreement at any time. Any such request will need to be made in writing and will be acknowledged by Eyes for Work Ltd in writing. Licence fees are not refundable. In the event that a licence is terminated early, refunds are not permissible.

Eyes for Work Ltd reserve the right to update the Terms and Conditions documentation at any time, in alignment with regulations and any development of the service.
