Our advice is intended to inform your further discussions with your professional care providers including optometrist, dispensing optician, general practitioner, pharmacist, physiotherapists and other allied specialist health care professionals.
Eyes for Work Ltd are not responsible for the success or failure of any workstation adjustments/remedial measures made in relation to any of the information contained within your Digital Vision Report. You are advised to do your own due diligence when it comes to making workstation adjustments and purchasing equipment/spectacles. Products and services that have been provided should be independently verified by your own qualified professionals.
The Eyes for Work Ltd Digital Vision Assessment is not a substitute for a full sight test. A comprehensive eye examination with an optometrist is recommended for everyone, at least every two years. Eyes for Work Ltd does not accept any liabilities for any pre-existing conditions or any conditions that may develop in the future.
